flexfax: HylaFax Question

HI, guys !!!

 

I have one question to you.

I installed HylaFax server Version 4.0pl2 under Linux 6.1 in /usr/local/sbin.

hfaxd is starting and working normaly.

I can to connect to this server on the standart (4559) port and it answer my :

>telnet localhost 4559
>Trying 127.0.0.1...
>Connected to localhost.localdomain.
>Escape character is '^]'.
>220 localhost.localdomain server (HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.0pl2) ready.

but when i try to type command "user slava" i recieve :

>530 User slava access denied.

 

and in log file /var/log/messages i see new strings about it :

>Jan 20 14:44:53 rex1 HylaFAX[1572]: Unable to open the user access file /var/spool/hylafax/etc/hosts: No such file or directory
>Jan 20 14:44:53 rex1 HylaFAX[1572]: HylaFAX LOGIN REFUSED (user denied) FROM localhost.localdomain [127.0.0.1], slava

 

i checked this file - it exist and :          -rw-------  uucp     uucp     hosts

 

May be you know the reason of it ?
