flexfax: sh: faxmail not available for sendmail programs

HI, I am using RH 6.1 with hylafax-v4.0pl2. I have a problem with faxmail ...
it always says :

   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
"|/usr/bin/faxmail -d sendjaja@96866188"
    (expanded from: testing@b2be.com.au)

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
sh: faxmail not available for sendmail programs
554 "|/usr/bin/faxmail -d oi@96866188"... Service unavailable

I have an aliases in /etc/alias.. but it always gives me this error message.
Anyone can help me to solve this problem. Actually, do I need to modify the
sendmail? Anyhelp will be appreciated.. thank u
