You can't install HylaFAX on Windows: it's a UNIX based fax/modem server.
You can install WHFC as a Windows client of it, which is what I assume you
are trying to do.

Get an MS-DOS prompt on your Win98 box, and type this to your faxserver:

	telnet faxserver 4559

This will connect you to the hylafax port on the fax server, which should
respond with the version of the HylaFAX server.
