flexfax: Failure to forward mail - still waiting for help

Hi List - I posted this a couple of weeks ago and have had no response - suggestions are still most welcome!

However, received faxes just sit in the rcvq and don't get mailed on anywhere.  The log file shows the following when receiving a 2 page test fax:

I'd like the fax to be mailed on to 'root'.  Hylafax will send messages 'cos if I don't have the faxmodem plugged in root receives mail saying that the modem is 'wedged'.  So it looks as though the problem is related to faxgetty, hfaxd or associated scripts.  I've tried creating etc/FaxDispatch and that didn't do anything.

I'm mystfied! - suggestion please ....
