flexfax: settings for paging ?

I am trying to use the paging part of Hylafax and am not having much success.
The documentation seems a bit sketchy to me.  I have an entry in my pagermap
file and the software seems to connect to the paging service ok but
has a problem getting through the protocol.  Does anyone have some sample
pagermap files and config files with the parameters set for paging that I
could
take a look at for some ideas.
