flexfax: facsimile not received

Hi all.  Can anyone help me figure out why I'm getting the following
errors?  I'm using hylafax-4.0pl1 on RH 6, a USR Sportster 33.6, which
otherwise works suprisingly well.  Any idea what "Via Fax" is?  Is that an
application?
