flexfax: No pages send

I had install hylafax-4-1beta1-1rh6.i386.rpm to my Redhat 6.0 linux
server.

The installation complete successfully. I reboot the server and issue the
faxsend command "faxsend modem".

When I try to send a fax from my Windows Fax client- WHFC.
The fax server dail to the remote fax machine but nothing had been
sending out.

The trace of the session log is as below, hope someone can help me
with this - only the last few lines are included:

Anyone out there facing the same problems ?
