Ok, I was able to solve the problem with receiving faxes by changing
faxrcvd from:

fax2ps /var/spool/fax/$1 | lp

to:

fax2ps -H 10.6 -S /var/spool/fax/$1 | lp

Now, how can I modify the fax sending script to display the fax header
when sending?
