I have been trying for a couple of days now to parse out the "(" ")" for phone numbers that come in from Goldmine via WHFC, the format of the number is (xxx)xxx-xxxx and i  have played around with dialrules to try and parse out the () but have had no luck since it looks like the brackets are treated as terminators for the dial string.. is there any way to get around this?  any input would really be appreciated!
