This should not have changed in hylafax-4.1beta1. And the tagline encoding 
patch would have been in the 4.0pl2 RPM as well as in the current 4.1beta-1 
RPM.

Why do you say the "Use2D: no" is not being seen by HylaFAX(tm) anymore? What 
makes you think this?
