is there any way I can log the reason? (I have access to one of the
sender-faxes producing this error on each transmission)

is there any tuning I can do or do I have to buy another modem (the
MT2834ZDXI is already the 3rd one I am trying, because the
hylafax-recommended-modems are not available in spain)
