flexfax: faxmail and HTML

Hello

I've got problems with faxmail and HTML. I've download html2ps but I
don't know what to do to use it with faxmail. The documentation is not
very helpful. In fact, the documentation talks about
/usr/share/fax/faxmail.conf but it isn't there ! I have also tried to
copie html2ps into /usr/local/sbin/faxmail/text/html but nothing
happend.

Have you a step by step HOWTO to do this ?

Hylafax 4.0pl2, RPM
RedHat 5.2
