flexfax: Sending mixed graphics and text on same page

Don't know postscript/Ghostscript/et al;  Coming from DOS env and use fax
package that allows merge of graphics and ascii text by having
"&&graphics\cmpnylgo.jpg" or other graphics file at appropriate point in a
text file.  How can something like this be done with Hylafax?  Want to
switch to Hylafax ASAP but need mixed graphics and am using  totally
automated fax queuing software (I wrote) for submitting to the fax software.

Looking for something a little less buggy and more open to automating than
Windows commercial packages.

Any suggestions?
