flexfax: logical equivalent of /dev/null for fax server testing

Greetings:

I am setting up a fax server system and was thinking it sure would be nice
to have somewhere (or preferably multiple destinations) to send faxes that
wouldn't bother anyone, waste a bunch of paper, or incur long distance
charges.  A fax /dev/null if you will.  I know I could set up PCs on a phone
lines locally to do this.  Does anyone have a better suggestion?
