I've just set up WHFC on a WinNT 4.0 sp5 box with no trouble at all.  I used
the whfc-1.0.5_setup_en.exe file - there are different executables for Win95
and NT, apparently.

Otherwise, I'd de-install, and re-install WHFC - it seems to be the only 
answer for M$-Win systems....
