flexfax: cannot compile libtiff on AIX

All,

	recently I want to install libtiff to my RS6000 running
	AIX 4.3.1, but cannot compile with both gcc and cc,
	anybody can help? The binary from www-frec.bull.com
	is not working...

	the error message is attached as follow
