Same here, my manager at a company I used to work for bought a few USR
modems for a fax server.  Then bought ChianneFax(?) (spelled wrong
pronounced Shi ann fax). Then found out that the software wouldn't work
with the USR modems due to problems in the modems.  Nothing like checking
the hardware compability list first, eh. :-)
