Press the FINE button on the **sending** fax machine; i.e. you can't force
this non-default behaviour from the receiving end.  Any TIFF-F viewer that
can't handle the default aspect ratio really has to be considered broken.

You could always use a better fax viewer or postprocess the received fax
image.
