flexfax: ps2fax with Hylafax doesn't work - help

I have some problems with Hylafax when converting documents with ps2fax
and the Hylafax web-pages doesn't give any bright answers to my problems.
I hope You, the Hylafax-experts can do, :

I have installed this package 'hylafax-4.0pl2-3rh5.i386.rpm' on a RedHat
5.1 Linux machine. The ghostscript package is 'ghostscript-5.10-6'.

1) Problem:
