Do you really talk about HylaFAX's pagermap(4F) file (located below
etc/ of the HylaFAX spooling area)? This file maps "patterns" to
provider's number and pin of the mobile. Your patterns look like
e-mail addrs (which is ok but unsual).

Can't imagine. Please show the exact sendpage(1) command and a
trace of the session containing the low-level IXO/TAP protocol.
