SysV configuration patch

I've noticed that the SysV init script, "hylafax", has a bunch of
hard-coded options involving its location. Since there are several
SysV style systems being used, and since the script is useful on *non*
SysV systems, I've written a patch to make this a config.* option.
This may be particularly useful to Linux users working from source,
although I have not yet worked out how to configure all the various
run-level setups.
