Gack. Darren moved it: I've stashed copies at
http://cirl.meei.harvard.edu/hylafax/linux/. I believe there is also a
copy at ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/distributions/redhat/contrib.

Darren? Is there a new public location for this stuff?
