flexfax: Unknown Error 139

Hi there,
 
 I' trying to setup Hylafax as an mail to fax gateway on a RedHat linux
 5.1 box.
 I always get the following error message:

 I've setup sendmail like they said on the doc. , the fax goes thru but
 the error message comes everytime.
