Rockwell Modem and data probs.

Hi,

I wish to have my hylfax (version 4.0pl2) handle both data and fax.
Data connections should start mgetty.

I have a modem with a Rockwell chip in it - class two fax/modem. I
wish to have it handle both data and fax. At present it is handling fax
beautifully. However it seems to negotiate data connections OK and then
the modem just hangs there.

I assume therefore that Hylafax is not responding to a data connection.
The following are setup in the config file for the modem:

ModemSetupAACmd: AT+FAA=1
ModemType: Class2

I also have the GettyArgs parameter set for mgetty as follows:

"-r -x 9 -D -b -s %s %l"

Do I need to set the AdaptiveAnswer variable? I also notice looking
around that the ModemWaitForConnect can be useful for some Rockwell chips.
I have noticed in fax messages that the CONNECT comes a long way after the
+FCON. Is there an AT command to give me the chip type?

   Thanks

   Geoff
