You have no "faxq" or "faxgetty" running. I assume you have run
"faxaddmodem" to set up a modem. Are you using the "hylafax"
script to initialize hfaxd and faxq at boot time? Or did you
intend not to provide dial-up or fax-in service?

yes - the status "Blocked by concurrent job" disappears with sending 2
jobs to different destinations, but the jobs were still queued only
for "port b" :-(
output of "faxstat -s" with 2 queued jobs:
