flexfax: SOLVED: Problems compiling Hylafax

Hi,

thanks to Robert Colquhoun <rjc@trump.net.au> I could compile HylaFAX
with egcs 2.90 in my Debian GNU/Linux environment (libc6 based).

I wonder what's different in gcc 2.8.0 and egcs that makes Robert's
patch necessary to be able to compile HylaFAX.
