No response to EOP

Hallo everyone!

When sending faxes to some destinations I get a 'No response to EOP
repeated 3 times' or
'SEND recv RTN (retrain negative)'error message.
Sometimes after a 2nd or 3rd try the fax will be sent successfully but
often it has 3 failures and aborts.
This is a problem with some faxmachines and is repeatable.

Feb 23 15:44:47.33: [18154]: SEND send EOP (no more pages or documents)
Feb 23 15:44:47.33: [18154]: <-- data [2]
Feb 23 15:44:56.93: [18154]: --> [5:ERROR]
Feb 23 15:44:56.93: [18154]: SEND recv RTN (retrain negative)

or

Feb 23 11:15:04.28: [15972]: SEND send EOP (no more pages or documents)
Feb 23 11:15:04.28: [15972]: <-- data [2]
Feb 23 11:15:23.99: [15972]: --> [7:+FHS:54]
Feb 23 11:15:23.99: [15972]: REMOTE HANGUP: No response to EOP repeated 3
times (code 54)
Feb 23 11:15:23.99: [15972]: SEND: No response to EOP repeated 3 times

In all cases the fax seems to be delivered correctly and only the remote
fax fails to send the 'EOP', so that we end up with 3 or more identical
pages sent but never get a success status.

I found out that this problem was mentioned in previous mailings and the
TODO list of hylafax.4.0_pl2.
