US Robotics 56K: Phase B errors



Does anyone have a solution to my problem with HylaFAX?
Please, respond directly to me since I don't subscribe to the mailing
list.

Problem:
========
An "Unspecified Transmit Phase B error (code 20)" occurs persistently
and with different remote fax modems.
