Hmm. Did you make sure to *restart* the hfaxd after installing a new
one?  faxsetup does not do this for a new install, since it uses fuser
on the binary to determine if there is an active hfaxd. That's why it's
good to check and make sure you don't still have an old one running
before installing a new one.
