flexfax: Still having problems with Zyxel 1496

Hi again,

I still have problems with Hylfax 4.0pl1 and a Zyxel 1496EG+.

As reported already, transmission to certain fax machines fail
with an error after issueing the MPS (more pages, same document)
command. 

Someone told me to use the config line

Class2DCCQueryCmd:     "!(0,1),(0-5),(0-2),(0-2),(0,1),(0),(0),(0-7)"

This doesn't work. Actually, instead of a RTN pass, the remote modem
now hangs up. Which obviously has the same effect: 3 retries, and
no success.

In the meantime, I took a look at the FAQ and use the following

Class2DCCQueryCmd:      "!(0,1),(0-7),(0-4),(0-2),(0),(0),(0),(0-7)"

which doesn't work either. 
Is there any description of the Class2DCCQueryCmd that is more
informational than just "use this one if you have trouble with..." ?

Also, someone told me to disable ECM at all and recompile Hylafax.
How can I disable ECM? Is there any config oder include file
or do I really need to go into the source? The last time I had to
do this was with Hylafax 3.0-don't-know-anymore and it wasn't very 
exciting....

Any recommendations welcome. Really :-(
