Hylafax - multiple modems

Hi,
I've Hylafax version 3 installed and configured on AIX3.25.
I have 3 modems configured for use by Hylafax server.
I start the hylafax server as:

============================================================
faxq -m tty1 tty2 tty3
or
faxq -mtty1 -mtty2 -mtt3
============================================================

but neither of the above options enable the hylafax server to
do loadbalancing. In other words, the hylafax server
processes all the queued up jobs in sequence, one
job at a time.

===========================================================
faxstat -a
Server on localhost:FIFO for all modems: Running.

Job Modem Destination Time-To-Send Sender Status
6659 any   +14152292666 09:35 1997/08/28 Jobs        Processing...
6661 any   +14152470627 09:34 1997/08/28 Jobs        Queued...
6662 any   +14153815050 09:33 1997/08/28 Jobs        Queued...
6663 any   +14156899132 09:31 1997/08/28 Jobs        Queued...
6664 any   +14158830098 09:32 1997/08/28 Jobs        Queued...
6665 any   +14154373654 10:31 1997/08/28 Jobs        Queued...
6666 any   +14153211347 11:30 1997/08/28 Jobs        Queued...
==============================================================

Is there a way to make the Hylafax server multitask? In other words,
what can I do to get the queued jobs processed by other available
modems? Right now, all the jobs get processed by tty3 while
tty1 and tty2 are idle.

Thanks in advance.

Arun.
