Hylafax prblem with Ricoh 1700L
This is a Very Interesting Technical problem.
Our customer has been using Hylafax for a number of years and have not
experienced any major problems sofar.
However, When the recipient has a Ricoh 1700L fax machine then it does
not work at all. The first page is send and rejected 3 times and thats
it.
Somebody from Telstra Communications in Australia did an analysis of the
communication and found the following:

We have tried Hylafax 3 and 4 , same behaviour
The current status is that our customer can send faxes to all customers
except the Ricoh 1700L users. However since this is a new model of
Ricoh, the number of users is growing.
Please respond to this Email, one way or another, so that at least we
know where we stand.
Thank you.
We have reported this a couple of times before to flexfax and
ower.flexfax but did not get any reaction.
