Transcoding of Received Facsimile

I've determined why the winfax faxes are coming in blank... it seems that
winfax is sending out the faxes in 2-D MR format, and for some reason the
faxmodem on my Linux box isn't handling them correctly.... so the solution
would be to deny any 2-D encoding to cause the sending party to drop to 1-D
encoding.... well...

I added the following line to my "config.cua1" file:

	RecvDataFormat:         "1-D MR"

And the faxes still come in as 2-D MR... I don't get it... is this a bug?
Incidentally, this is a Class1 fax modem so I'm assuming that all the
training is done within hylafax so there would be nothing I can do to
config the modem to reject 2-D....

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
