Re: owner uucp in recvq

I'm not clear that you *want* to change the uucp ownership of files
in recvq. I have set permissions on the config.* files RecvFileMode
to 0664 to permit anyone to read the faxes, added people with
permission to delete or move such files to the "uucp" group, and
set the recvq permissions to 2775 so that our trusted people
can get their own faxes out of the queue.

The fax software mostly runs under the uid of uucp, so it makes
sense and is easiest for security issues if any files it creates
are owned by that uid.
