Here's what's missing:


./util/InetTransport.c++  includes Socket.h, which chokes on  net/errno.h
./faxd/ModemServer.c++  chokes on termiox.h  and modem.h
./hfaxd/Login.c++  chokes on crypt.h
./etc/lockname.c  chokes on sys/mkdev.h
