There is another Windoze software package called WinHfax ( I am not sure
about the exact spelling/capitilization ).

It is a tad better the WinFlex, as it supports a phonebook &, more
importantly, the new protocol.

the URL to find it is:

http://www.rgw-express.de/whfc/

I have been using it intermittently & it seems to work fine, though I don't
think it supports Win3.1 ( or 3.11 ). Check it out anyway, maybe it's been
improved.
